1.Gray Hair Before The 40s

Grey hair is a natural phenomenon, which depends largely on genetics. But if your hair is gray more than 50 percent already in the 3rd decade of life, and you do not have the same case in your family, this may be a sign of diabetes.
2. Moles

While most moles are harmless and benign skin growths, some can be quite serious, particularly those who appear due to sun exposure. Senile or actinic keratosis develops from years of exposure to the sun and it is considered as a potential precancerous skin condition.

3. Change in the Color of the White of the Eye

The white of the eye should always be white. Except for colds and sleep deprivation, this part of the eye can indicate some dangerous changes in your body. Yellow sclera may be a sign of jaundice or problems with bile and liver. Eye redness may be a sign of high blood pressure or a viral disease such as conjunctivitis.

Unpleasant cracked lips can be caused by frequent weather changes and wind. But if this happens too often and you notice the incidence of small puncture wounds, it may be a sign of a lack of vitamin B and zinc. Also, it might be caused by fungal infection.
5. Neck Swelling

If you noticed that your neck looks swollen, consult your doctor as soon as possible. Swelling of the front part of the neck is usually caused by problems with the thyroid gland which is common in women between 20 and 50 years old.
6. Eyebrow Loss

With age, it is common that the eyebrows become sparse, thin and light , but their sudden loss can be a sign of problems with the thyroid gland, i.e. hyperthyroidism ( overactive thyroid ) or hypothyroidism (underactive thyroid gland work ) . These changes are accompanied by hair loss.
7. Red Palms

Burning red palms may indicate the presence of dermatitis, eczema or allergic reaction to metal, drugs, food or drink. However, this change can also be a sign of liver disease.
8. Nail Changes

The nails can reveal a lot about the state of your body, and the reasons for nail changes can be different. Namely, pale skin under the nails may indicate anemia, while fragile and thin nails can indicate a calcium deficiency or malfunction of the thyroid gland. Yellow and thickened nails may be suffering from a fungal infection. The white lines which appear over the entire width of the nail may indicate a lack of proteins and other nutrients, but also a kidney disease or abnormalities of the liver. The dark blue color of the skin under the nails, however, is a sign that your body lacks oxygen, which can be caused by poor circulation or exposure to very low temperatures.
9. Cold Feet

Cold feet are caused when inadequate oxygen and blood is supplied to various cells in the body, resulting from poor circulation. People with blockages and damages of blood vessels suffer from low flow of blood that cannot transport oxygen properly to various parts of the body, which, in turn, can lead to cold feet.
10. Red Chicks

The sudden change of face color is common in women aged between 30 and 55 and can be caused by hormonal changes, changes in temperature or unhealthy foods. But red cheeks can suggest and Rosacea, a chronic disease that affects mostly women, and the reason for its occurrence is unknown.
