Owning a restaurant is not so easy. As an owner, you should always try to bring the best to your customers. If your restaurant starts to get bigger, you should know how to keep the balance of quality and quantity. There are so many things that need to be organized each day and make you challenged.
People who own a restaurant say that this is similar to passing an exam. You should always learn the most difficult lessons and reply to questions with the easiest answers. So in a restaurant, you should always find a solution for a new recipe and serve it to your customer with the greatest service. Maybe the required recipe doesn’t even exist in your menu, but you should make your customers happy by creating that special dish.
Below you will read a story of a couple who managed a Pizza Restaurant since 1991. Yianni and DeeDees owned restaurant “Pizza Bella” in Bedford, New Hampshire which had enormous success. The food was great, the ambient was friendly and warm, and the owners were motivated to please their customers.
After an enormous success, she got the sad news
Sadly, in 2012, the 54-year-old yianni, beloved husband and father died. The whole family was devastated and sad. Deedee was not able to continue by herself, while her business was depending on her.
Everything in that restaurant reminded her of Yianni, and she thought that it was impossible to run the restaurant without him. However, DeeDee didn’t want to lose the thing they worked so hard on, so she eventually figured how to continue doing it by herself.
But suddenly a miracle happened
When eastern bank heard about long-term customer Deedee’s difficult problems and her effort, they decided the hard-working mom and restaurant owner earned a break. So their decision was to surprise Deedee.
The first step was to send DeeDee and her friend on an incredible spa weekend. While she was relaxing there, the bank provided her family and employees money and the needed equipment to renovate the restaurant.
When her vacation ended and she came back to the restaurant, expecting more problems, she was surprised with a group of people that wished her all the best. She broke to tears then she saw her three adult daughters together for the first time after a long time.
