In today’s life many women try to enjoy with different hobbies which make them happy for few months but in the end they can suffer from it. This can be getting plenty of makeup in the face, drinking so much alcohol, buying cheap clothes, spending too much time watching TV, using non reliable cosmetics, doing harmful activities and many other variations. But, did you ever imagined that sometimes a hobby can turn into a nightmare? This will look like the end of the life and will make you depressed.
For Ashley Trenner, her unhealthy habit seems to be so dangerous and will soon claim her life.
Trenner, had a passion for tanning her body. This addictive habit appeared at her when she was just a teenager and always wanted to darken her skin tone. As many women, she thought about going to a clinique which will transform her white skin to a darker one and and skin will glow. Even her parent’s understand her passion and they couldn’t make any impact at her wanting decision.
Unfortunately, at the age of 40, this woman is suffering from terminal metastatic melanoma, which is the deadliest type of skin cancer.
Her statements seemed to be so interesting. These were her words: “I used to say I don’t care if I die from tanning as long as I die tan”.says Trenner. “I don’t think that anymore”.
Her other words were that : “ I literally was paying someone to get this terrible disease. And you know it’s killing me” .
Despite multiple rounds of treatment, Trenner’s tumors have affected her body and are numerous to count.
She is still fighting to make others aware from the dangers that can come from tanning beds in the hopes that other women will avoid the same fate. Although she is in constant severe pain and likely only has weeks to live, Trenner has found a positive in her situation. Her illness has given her the opportunity to mend her relationship with her parents.
As you can see sometimes a single hobby can make you ruin your life and destroy the relations with your family members or friends. It’s obvious that many other women could repeat the same journey like Trenner did, because women are getting obsessed with their beauty appearance on daily basis. They are spending so much money to look more beautiful even if their boyfriend doesn’t care about the surgeries or other artificial forms to get more attractive.
Everyone can have a hobby but don’t let it be your addiction because that way you can even destroy everything around your life.
